With a growth in business and a need for larger premises, our client engaged us to construct this purpose build unit.
To the front of the unit, the client made provisions for a much needed Veterinary Clinic and to the rear he has a fully stocked light hardware with mezzanine level.
The forecourt is fully covered in reinforced concrete to allow for pallet storage and above ground fuel tanks with pumps, while below ground the necessary interceptors and storm attenuation tanks are in place.
