A watermain leak caused some subsidence on this extension and dwelling in Graiguecullen, Carlow. Our client engage us to demolish the existing extension and carry out remedial works before constructing a next extension.
After demolition was complete it was necessary to support the existing dwelling with the use of soil nails, while piles were driven under the new extension for the formation of a raft foundation.
